A Madison County woman is suing over injuries she claims to have suffered in a rear-end accident in Shiloh.
Lori Hahn filed suit against Jacob Cook in St. Clair County Circuit Court on Feb. 11.
Hahn claims that Cook failed to reduce speed in order to avoid an accident and failed to keep a proper lookout, according to her complaint.
She says that as a result of the accident she suffered severe injury and pain, lost wages and lost enjoyment of life.
Hahn is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages.
She is represented by Matthew P. Young of Belleville.
