A woman claims she suffered various injuries when a driver rear-ended her vehicle.
Renate M. Hall filed a lawsuit Aug. 13 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Stephanie A. Yates.
In her complaint, Hall says she was driving south in the right lane of Air Mobility Drive near its intersection with Seibert Road in Shiloh on April 14 when Yates, who was driving in the same direction, rear-ended her vehicle.
Due to the collision, Hall suffered injuries, endured pain and permanent disability and incurred medical costs, according to the complaint.
She blames Yates for causing the collision, saying she negligently drove too fast, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to stop or swerve to avoid a collision.
Hall seeks a judgment of more than $50,0000, plus costs. She is being represented by attorney Brad L. Badgley of Belleville.
