Donna Hasenmyer of Sorento filed a medical malpractice suit against Gayle Burch, M.D. and Greenville Regional Hospital claiming that she underwent a total hysterectomy even though there was no clinical or diagnostic indications that it was necessary.
Plaintiff claims overdose in wrongful death suit
Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville The daughter of a woman who allegedly died from a prescription drug overdose filed a wrongful death suit against Rosewood Care Center of Edwardsville in Madison County Circuit Court April 28.
