Dan Stack Madison County Circuit Judge Daniel Stack threw out a proposed Lakin Law Firm class action against US Bank after discovering that the bank came out on the short end of the disputed transaction and the Lakin plaintiff came out ahead.

Cingular named in retaliatory discharge suit

James Meyer of Highland filed a retaliatory discharge suit against Cingular Wireless in Madison County Circuit Court Aug. 18, seeking at least $75,000 in damages plus an additional amount for punitive damages.
