The Lincoln Home in Belleville The daughter of an elderly woman who died three days after falling from a wheelchair at the Lincoln Home in Belleville is alleging the fall was the cause of her mother's death.
Wal-Mart blamed for improperly stacked merchandise
Alleging permanent injuries to her right shoulder. Barbara Montgomery filed suit against Wal-Mart in St. Clair County Sept. 1 because the retailer failed to properly stack merchandise.
