Truck driver seeks more than $1 million for injuries
A failed ratchet system has caused truck driver Larry Sandage injuries so severe that he and his wife are seeking more than $1 million to ease their suffering. Larry's wife, Sheila Sandage, who was dependent upon her husband for income and consortium, seeks $300,000.
Jones v. State Farm in court this week
Daniel Jones, D.C., who filed a class action suit against State Farm Fire & Casualty, will be in court this week on a motion to amend his complaint and proposed order against the insurance company.
Nissan class action suit due in court
Madison County Circuit Judge Andy Matoesian will hear all pending motions in a fraud class action suit against Nissan Motor Acceptance (NMAC), which loans money to Nissan customers, on Dec. 1.
