Behl alleges Tankersley crashed her Ford Ranger into his Mercury Sable at Washington and Wilkinson in Alton on Oct. 12, 2003, causing permanent injuries. He is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

Nickels alleges he hurt his left knee on Dec. 16, 2001, after the floor grating he was standing on shifted. He is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
