Christmas may be a little sweeter for SBC customers. As a result of a $12 million class action settlement reached two months ago, claim forms entitling them to a $25 refund are being mailed in December statements.
RV a lemon; owner sues for replacement
In a lawsuit filed Dec. 10 against Fleetwood Enterprises, Freightliner, Freedom RV Center and Truck Centers in Troy, a Litchfield couple is demanding a refund of $152,271.47 or a replacement motor home of equal or greater value.
Granite City surgeon sued for more than $50k
A Granite city woman filed suit against her surgeon, Dr. John Petrovich and General and Vascular Surgical Associates, alleging he severed a portion of her bile duct and wrapped her esophagus too tightly during surgery two years ago.
