  An equipment company is suing over claims that its industrial crane was damaged while being cleaned and painted. Waggoner Equipment Rentals LLC filed a lawsuit on May 22 in Madison County Circuit Court against Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Inc. of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Dakota Sandblast & Paint LLC of Chester, South Dakota, claiming breach of contract.

  Waggoner Equipment Company in Wood River Wood River-based Waggoner Equipment Company filed suit in Madison County Circuit Court May 3 seeking $125,000 in damages from United Rental and Union Electric claiming the defendants damaged a crane.
