Rosenstengel picks Stack as special master in Depakote litigation

EAST ST. LOUIS — District Judge Nancy Rosenstengel has appointed former Madison County Circuit Judge Daniel J. Stack to serve as Special Master in Depakote litigation against Abbott Laboratories.
