EDWARDSVILLE - A mother claims her child suffered severe injuries due to negligent labor and delivery at Anderson Hospital.
The lawsuit was filed in the Madison County Circuit Court by Brandi Oliver, individually and as the natural mother and next friend of A.O., a disabled minor, and Alfonso Oliver, individually. The lawsuit was filed against Anderson Hospital, Maryville Women’s Center, P.C., and Sarah Pringle, C.N.M. The plaintiffs are represented by Beam Legal Team, LLC and Telken, LLC.
According to the complaint, Oliver claims the defendants failed to provide proper medical care in accordance with the standards of practice for healthcare providers, resulting in severe injuries for both A.O. and Oliver.
The plaintiffs seek damages in an amount the court deems just. They are represented by attorney Ryan Timoney of Beam Legal Team.
