EDWARDSVILLE - A motorist claims another driver's vehicle spun into her car in Collinsville.
The lawsuit was filed in the Madison County Circuit Court by motorist Annie Knapp against Daniel McGee.
The complaint alleges that McGee collided with her vehicle after crashing into a truck and spinning out of control. The incident took place on Horseshoe Lake Road, near ABC Parkway in Collinsville, on Jan. 31, 2023.
Knapp is seeking compensation for damages resulting from the collision, including future medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of a normal life, disability, and increased risk of future harm. She is represented by attorney Steven Duke of Dipasquale Moore.
