EDWARDSVILLE - West Star Aviation claims it provided maintenance work but was not compensated for its services.
West Star Aviation, LLC filed the lawsuit in the Madison County Circuit Court against Wheels Up Experience, Inc., and Arya Aviation, LLC.
According to the complaint, West Star Aviation alleges it provided maintenance work for the defendants but was not compensated for its services. West Star Aviation claims that it suffered damages due to the defendants' breach of agreement and is seeking compensation for its attorney fees and other costs associated with the case. The aviation company is also demanding interest on the principal amount owed.
West Star argues that it would be unjust for the defendants to retain these benefits without providing just compensation.
The plaintiff seeks a judgment in excess of $50,000. It is represented by attorney Alexandra Schnarre of Husch Blackwell.
