EDWARDSVILLE - A woman claims she was injured when she fell while playing Bingo.

Calvenita Brock filed the lawsuit against Tri-Mor Properties Inc. in the Madison County Circuit Court.

According to the complaint, Tri-Mor Properties owned, operated, managed, maintained and controlled a strip mall center where Brock visited to play bingo on March 13, 2022. While there, Brock claims she fell due to an alleged unreasonably dangerous condition.

She alleges the defendant failed to inspect the premises for trip hazards, allowed a hazard to be present on the ground, and failed to maintain a safe walking area for its patrons.

Brock is seeking damages exceeding $50,000. He is represented by Brady McAninch of Hipskind & McAninch LLC.
