The webinar will focus on construction defect claims in general, the notice of claim process, definitions (e.g., construction professional, improvement to real property, substantial completion), and latent defects. The presenters will discuss the effect of how statutes of limitations and statutes of repose dictate the time a claimant must assert a claim.
