In Their Separate Filings At Docs. 368 And 369, The Parties Agree That The Court Should Strike Plaintiff's Claim(s) For Punitive Damages And Bar Evidence Related Thereto From The Upcoming Trial Under 42 U.s.c. § 1981a(b)(1) And Seventh Circuit Authority.
