The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois reported the following activity in the suit brought by Dunkley against Afscme on Feb. 17: 'Sborder Regarding Plaintiff's Motion For Defendant To Provide The Home Addresses Of Witnesses Employed By The State Of Illinois Under Seal (doc. 339). Plaintiff Indicates The Addresses Are Necessary To Accurately Calculate The Amount Due To Witnesses For Travel On The Date Of Trial. Plaintiff Previously Made This Same Request, And Idhs Indicated To The Court That It Would Provide Plaintiff With The Work Addresses Of The Requested Witnesses For Purposes Of Serving Subpoenas. Plaintiff Indicates Idhs Did Not Do So, Presumably Because The Case Was Referred To Mandatory Mediation By The Court. Accordingly, The Court Directs Defendant To Respond To Plaintiff's Motion By February 24, 2023. As Part Of That Response, Defendant Is Further Directed To Address Whether It Still Intends To Disclose The Witnesses' Work Addresses And Whether It Believes Said Addresses Are Sufficient For Purposes Of Serving Subpoenas On The Witnesses. Signed By Judge David W. Dugan On 2/17/2023. (jnh)this Text Entry Is An Order Of The Court. No Further Documentation Will Be Mailed. (entered: 02/17/2023)'.
