The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois reported the following activity in the suit brought by Dunkley against Afscme on Jan. 31: 'Sborder Regarding Plaintiff's Motion For Specific Obligations And Expectations For Good Faith Participation In The Mandatory Mediation (doc. 331), Which Is Filed By Plaintiff Alone And Not By Her Special Mediation Counsel. Plaintiff Concludes "it Is Necessary For Communication To Be Made To The Plaintiff Explaining What She Will Be Required To Do In Order To Participate In The Mediation Session In Good Faith." Since Plaintiff Is Now Represented By Special Mediation Counsel Under The Mandatory Mediation Plan (docs. 328-330), The Relief Requested In The Motion Is Best Directed To Plaintiff's Special Mediation Counsel And Not To The Court. Accordingly, The Motion Is Denied. Signed By Judge David W. Dugan On 1/31/2023. (jnh)this Text Entry Is An Order Of The Court. No Further Documentation Will Be Mailed. (entered: 01/31/2023)'.

Case number 3:18-cv-02189-DWD was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois on Dec. 19, 2018.
