The webinar will inform attendees about strategic and legal questions surrounding removal in insurance cases. The presenters will discuss improper joinder of adjusters, removals involving the London market, the rule of unanimity, and the reviewability of remand. The presenters will also discuss the recent Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Advanced Indicator opinion as it relates to unique procedures available to insurers under Texas law.
