Jennifer Martin was a featured speaker at the 28th Annual Conference of the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI). Martin was on a panel that discussed environmental claims arising from the agriculture industry, and her presentation focused on odor nuisance claims related to hog farm operations.
Martin, a partner in the firm’s Springfield office, focuses her practice on environmental law and real estate. She has been named an Illinois Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters and an Illinois Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media. She speaks and writes regularly on environmental law. Prior to entering private practice, Martin was an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Control Division of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
