Gary Gassman and Stephanie Nashban will present a Cozen O'Connor webinar titled, "Review of Significant D&O Cases for the First Half of 2021" on Wednesday, July, 28, 2021. This webinar will focus on the most significant D&O coverage cases from the first half of 2021. The presenters will discuss three major themes they saw emerge in the first half of this year: (1) notice-prejudice and “claims-made” policies issues; (2) whether something is a “securities claim”; and (3) the impact of Delaware decisions on D&O coverage issues. The presenters will also discuss certain other cases of interest that do not fall into either of these categories.
