Those of us of a certain age can remember with fondness a group of interconnected television shows, produced by Paul Henning and broadcast on CBS. In the beginning there was The Beverly Hillbillies, which begat Petticoat Junction, and in turn Green Acres. The latter two were rural comedies set in the fictional burg of “Hooterville,” no doubt a 1960s sexist play on words. Of the two, we focus today on the second in the chain.
Petticoat Junction - with Billie Jo, Bobbie Jo and Betty Jo - was a story about a house run by females, governed by females, for females. The ostensible head was Old Uncle Joe, who was always “movin’ kinda slow, at the Junction”.
As the Biden White House takes shape, I am struck with the unfortunate comparison.
Beginning with the obviously slow-movin’ Uncle Joe, the parallels are striking. The new White House is dominated by women. The oft stated desire of the Biden team to make their administration “look like America,” somewhat begs the question.
Social engineering, while serving pablum to the crowd, serves no legitimate purpose. In the third decade of the 21st century, discrimination and sexism in the name of diversity is offensive to a merit-based choice, the only legitimate factor in selection for government service. The time has long since passed that applicants would be judged not by external factors of race or gender but instead, to quote Martin Luther King, by the “content of their character.”
The goal should be to pick the BEST person for the job, not the FIRST - fill in your racial, gender, identity politics. Yet, such inequity remains the coin of the Biden realm.
Weak by nature and untethered to principles, Uncle Joe is incapable of stopping the forces of gender-based discrimination that already dominate his budding presidency. The stated agenda, in the public schools, in the federal courts, in sanctioned monetary support, is to strip away any biological differences, to unisex America. The consequence of such folly on the psychological development of boys and young men may not be told for years. By then, the damage will be irreversible. But even more disaster portends.
As Biden surrounds himself with his cackling cadre of cronies, all bound by a common history of trashing the Man himself, the sands around him are already shifting. After deliberate and inexcusable silence in the face of clear evidence of systematic wrongdoing on the part of the Biden family, even CNN, the most corrupt of all the mainstream media is now starting to ask questions about the traitorous revelations about the Biden family’s “Celtic Mafia.“ Their “pay for play“ with the Communist Chinese would have been gamechangers if revealed, shifting votes away from Biden to the President. It was nothing less than purposefully misleading censorship designed to assure that Trump lost, by any means necessary. What was not known then, as it is now is who is the intended winner.
The TIME Man - now person - of the Year has been awarded to the winner of the White House going as far back as Franklin Roosevelt. It has never been “shared“ with the ride along back seat passenger of the Vice President. Until now. Poor Uncle Joe. Could not even get a tiny bit a glory by himself. Was it a shared award in 2009 with Joe and Obama? Of course not. This media driven promotion of Kamala Harris bodes not only poorly for Biden, but America as well.
Eventually, the whole of the media will turn on the Bidens, demanding the purging of their collective sins. This will lead to an unfortunately regrettable resignation by Joe as President, probably by Christmas of next year. The nightmarish ascension of the wholly unqualified ultra-liberal from San Francisco, she who could not score even 1% in her own party’s Presidential primaries, will then take place. Liberties will be universally in danger. The word of 2016 ... RESIST ... will be in vogue once more, only this time on our side of the ball.
But be assured the fight is pure, the cause is just. The unbroken determination of Constitutional patriots shall provide haven from all tyrants, in the near or distant future. Be not afraid.
