The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois reported the following activity in the suit brought by Philip Gabriel against Christine Brown, John Baldwin, John/Jane Doe, Percy Myers, Scott Thompson and Wexford Health Sources, Inc. on Nov. 10: 'Order Re 1 Complaint Filed By Phillip Gabriel. In His Request For Relief Plaintiff Seeks A Preliminary And Permanent Injunction Ordering Defendants To Transfer Him To A Medical Facility That Can Provide Him Proper Treatment (doc. 1, P. 10). Plaintiff Did Not File A Separate Motion In Support Of The Request, Nor Did He Set Forth The Reasons He Is Entitled To This Relief Under Federal Rules Of Civil Procedure 65(a). Thus, Plaintiffs Request For Preliminary And Permanent Injunction Is Denied Without Prejudice. If Plaintiff Wishes To Pursue The Request, He Must File A Separate Motion For Preliminary Injunction.
