LITTLER MENDELSON PC: Fall Employment Mini-Series: The Continuing Repercussions of COVID-19 and Working in the "New Normal"

Littler Mendelson P.C. issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to challenge employers. Six months after numerous states and localities implemented shut down orders and other health precautions, employers must still navigate extensive safety and employment COVID-related issues. For employers, this is “The New Normal" - at least for now.

This lead-off session of our Fall Series will provide a broad overview of the safety and employment issues facing employers as the pandemic persists in the region. From Virginia's Emergency Temporary Standard on COVID-19, to returning to the workplace/office, to leave and ADA issues, this session will provide the latest on COVID-19 preparedness and response AND what to expect in the fall and winter of 2020.
