As Such, For Good Cause Shown, Plaintiff's Motion (doc. 33 ) Is Granted; The Court's Order (doc. 31 ) And Clerk's Judgment (doc. 32 ) Are Hereby Vacated. Defendant Is Ordered To Mail A Copy Of The Motion To Dismiss (doc. 22 ) And Memorandum (doc. 23 ) To Plaintiff At His Last Known Address On File In Cm/ecf On Or Before July 22, 2020 And To File An Appropriate Certificate Of Service.
