Old Capitol Properties filed suit May 28 in Madison County Circuit Court against Doris Keller as representative of the estate of the former member of the Illinois House of Representatives.

The suit claims the defendant failed to make two payments of $25,000 in February and August 2019. The payments were allegedly owed on a promissory following a deal made in 2017. Charles "Chuck" Keller died in January 2018, at 80 years old.
