Lance Jones and Wasif Khan will be among the featured speakers at a seminar of the Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois. They will be discussing the legal aspects of buying, selling, and mergers and acquisitions of insurance agencies. Jones, a partner in the firm’s Springfield office, is a trial attorney and advises clients on litigation involving business and commerce and employment and labor. He has been named an Illinois Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media and is a former recipient of IDOT’s Award of Merit for Professional Excellence.
Khan, an Attorney of Counsel in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses his practice on the corporate and regulatory needs of small to midsize businesses, as well as healthcare entities and professionals and nonprofit organizations.
