BELLEVILLE — A construction company is suing a Belleville client, alleging she has failed to pay $48,000 for construction services.
Marsolf Construction LLC filed a complaint March 22 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Stacy Williams, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
The suit states Marsolf Construction and Williams entered into a contract for the plaintiff to provide construction services to the defendant's property in Belleville. The plaintiff claims it completed the services required and seeks payment of $48,000 in sums due, which the defendant remains indebted for.
Marsolf Construction seeks the $48,000 it is owed, attorney fees, interest and any other relief deemed fit. It is represented by attorneys Eric D. Block and Megan D. Meadows of Spencer Fane LLP in St. Louis.
