EDWARDSVILLE — A woman is suing Madison County Mass Transit District after one of its employees allegedly caused a collision in South Roxana.
Paige Hudechek filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Madison County Mass Transit District, alleging it failed to properly train and supervise its employees.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 1, she was involved in a collision with defendant's bus in South Roxana.
She claims she suffered injuries from the collision.
The plaintiff alleges the defendant's employee failed to avoid engaging in any action which shows conscious disregard for the safety of the plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, costs and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by Jeremy A. Gogel of The Gogel Law Firm in St. Louis.
