BELLEVILLE — An injured motorist accuses a resident of causing a car accident on North Belt West.
Holly M. Dawson filed a complaint on Sept. 20 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Emma S. Krueger, alleging that the driver failed to keep her vehicle under proper control.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was traveling east on North Belt West when the defendant rear-ended her vehicle. She received injuries to the knee, neck, back and abdomen, the complaint states.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater then $50,000, plus costs. She is represented by Chet A. Kelly of Law Offices of Foley & Kelly LLC in Belleville.
