EDWARDSVILLE — A passenger alleges he was injured when a motorist crashed into a tree.
Harvey Lawrence Moore Jr. filed a complaint on Sept. 4 in Madison County Circuit Court against Markevione D. Conners and Wondra L. Calamease.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was a passenger in a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu being driven by Conners and owned by Calamease. Conners was driving on Edwardsville Road in Granite City when he allegedly left the roadway and crashed into a tree, the complaint states.
Moore claims he suffered severe, permanent and disabling injuries to his spine, muscles, ligaments and nerves.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for more than $50,000. He is represented by Andrew G. Mundwiller of the Cagle Law Firm in St. Louis.
