BELLEVILLE — An investor is suing a St. Clair County business, alleging breach of contract.

Marty Hubbard filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against the Wyandotte Corporation, Betty Bollmeier and Pamela Wiese.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into an agreement whereby the plaintiff would receive half of the interest in the Wyandotte Corporation in exchange for his financial contribution. The plaintiff alleges that despite numerous demands for payments, the defendants refused to provide any payment.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual and punitive damages, plus costs. He is represented by Grey Chatman and Benedict Y. Song of Chatham & Baricevic in Belleville.
