EDWARDSVILLE — A driver accuses an insurance company of ignoring her insurance claim.
Sarah E. Soto filed a complaint on Sept. 6 in Madison County Circuit Court against Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company, alleging that the insurance company failed to perform under the terms of the insurance policy.
According to the complaint, Soto was involved in a car accident due to the carelessness of an uninsured driver. Soto alleges Allstate has never responded to her uninsured motorist claim.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $50,000. She is represented by Gregory M. Tobin of Pratt & Tobin PC in East Alton, IL.
