BELLEVILLE — A Swansea landlord accuses its tenant of breaking a lease agreement.

Klemme Capital Investments LLC Series IV filed a complaint on Aug. 3 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Wholesale ATV LLC and CEO Casey Parker.

According to the complaint, the ATV business failed to make rent payments after April and left the property, despite an agreement lasting into 2023. The tenant also did not pay utilities and lawn care services, the complaint states. Klemme Capital Investments claims the tenant owes more than $29,000.

The landlord requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for the unpaid amount plus costs. The company is represented by Sandra J. Tatoian of Mathis, Marifian & Richter in Edwardsville.
