EDWARDSVILLE — A customer is suing the Collinsville Jack in the Box after she allegedly slipped and fell.

Susan L. Baisch filed a complaint on July 30 in Madison County Circuit Court against Jack In the Box for allegedly failing to maintain the restaurant's walkways.

According to the complaint, Baisch slipped and fell due to a slippery substance on the floor. Baisch claims she suffered severe injuries and fractures to her right shoulder.

Baisch claims Jack In the Box failed to install a non-slip surface on the floor and failed to properly train employees on proper cleaning techniques.

Baisch seeks a jury trial and damages of more than $50,000. She is represented by Brian M. Wendler, Angie Zinzilieta and Paul Rademacher of Wendler Law in Edwardsville.
