BELLEVILLE — A Lebanon driver blames an employee of a lawn care company for a crash on O'Fallon Road.
Justin Schaeffer filed a complaint on July 20 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Tee Time Lawncare and its employee Zachariah Walker.
According to the complaint, Walker hit the rear of Schaeffer's vehicle as he was about to turn onto another road. Schaeffer received extensive injuries to his head and resulting in medical expenses, lost wages and pain and suffering, the complaint states.
Schaeffer seeks a jury trial and damages of more than $50,000. He is represented by James R. Williams of Williams, Caponi & Associates in Belleville.
