BELLEVILLE — A St. Clair County business accuses the Village of Washington Park of not paying the company for work it performed for the city.
Community Development Consultants Inc. filed a complaint on July 20 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against the Village of Washington Park, alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the Village of Washington Park owes more than $334,000 per an earlier agreement. Community Development Consultants claims the city failed to make payments.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury. It is represented by Edward J. Blake Jr. of Blake Behme Gilbreth Links in Belleville.
