EAST ST. LOUIS — A labor management group brought a lawsuit against Supplied Industrial Solutions Inc. for not making the required contributions to a pension fund.

Central Laborers' Pension Welfare and Annuity Funds filed the complaint on June 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois against Supplied Industrial Solutions Inc. and Stephen L. Brock, alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

According to the complaint, Supplied Industrial Solutions Inc. and Stephen L. Brock failed to make payments toward a pension and fringe benefits fund per an earlier collective bargaining agreement. The employer also failed to report all hours worked by employees.

The plaintiff seeks an order requiring defendants to submit all delinquent monthly contribution reports. The labor group is represented by Patrick R. Foley of Foley & Kelly in Belleville.
