BELLEVILLE — W-T Services Inc. and an employee face a lawsuit over a motor vehicle crash.
Phillip Kye filed the complaint on July 2 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against the transportation company and its employee, Kelton Harris.
According to the complaint, Harris struck Kye's vehicle on Route 157. Kye claims he suffered serious and permanent injuries to his head, neck, back, legs and arms. Kye has medical bills of more than $30,000, lost wages and damage to his vehicle, the complaint states.
Kye seeks a jury trial and damages of more than $50,000. He is represented by Darin W. Sorrell of Sorrell & Traube in St. Louis.
