EDWARDSVILLE – A driver is alleged to have failed to yield at an intersection in Madison County and cause a collision.

Rebecca Stolz filed a complaint on June 22 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Kyle Agers alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in June 16, 2017, she was injured when defendant caused the vehicle he was driving to crash violently into plaintiff's vehicle at the intersection of Goshen Road and District Drive in Madison County. She alleges she suffered permanent and progressive injuries to her neck, back, bilateral hips and left wrist as a result of the collision.
