FC Marketplace LLC filed a complaint on June 21 in the Madison County Circuit Court against ACJK Inc., Albert Pelate and Cheryl Pelate, alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 12, 2017, the plaintiff financed a loan to ACJK and the Pelates personally guaranteed it. The plaintiff alleges the defendants defaulted on the loan in May.

It is represented by Kenneth R. McEvoy of Kenneth R. McEvoy Law Firm in Ottawa.
