Jracking (China) Storage Solutions, doing business as Nanjing Jiangrui Storage Equipment, filed a lawsuit on May 8 in the Madison County Circuit Court against U.S. Storage Group LLC and Michael L. Sabados Jr., alleging they failed to perform their contractual obligations.

As of the date on which the suit was filed, an outstanding balance in the amount of $311,136.50 remains payable.
