EDWARDSVILLE — A patient alleges she suffered injuries to her teeth, gums and nerve roots when a dentist failed to provide proper care.

Joyce Fee and Todd Fee filed a complaint on April 18, in the Madison County Circuit Court against Rhonda N. Green, DMD, and All Smiles Dental Care, alleging they failed to exercise the highest degree of care, learning and skill required of prudent dental care providers.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that between April 20, 2006, and April 20, 2016, Joyce Fee sought dental care and treatment from the defendants. She alleges the defendants failed to repair, complete and appropriately diagnose her dental condition and failed to timely consult with appropriate medical personnel.

As a result, Fee claims she suffered extensive injuries to her teeth, gums and nerve roots, causing her pain, anguish, disability and loss of normal life. She also claims he incurred substantial medical expenses.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek damages of more than $50,000, costs of suit and any further relief the court may deem just and appropriate.

They are represented by D. Jeffrey Ezra of Ezra & Associates LLC in Collinsville.
