Car accident 45

BELLEVILLE — Another passenger is suing a motorist for allegedly causing a collision on North Illinois Street.

Sandra Bevineau filed a complaint on March 14 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Jessica Butcher, alleging she breached her duty to exercise reasonable care while driving a vehicle.
