BELLEVILLE — A St. Clair County woman is suing Casino Queen after she allegedly tripped and fell on a raised piece of carpet.
Ivory Wilson filed a complaint March 8 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Casino Queen Inc., Casino Queen and Casino Queen Holdings LLC, alleging they failed to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition.
