ST. LOUIS – Enterra LLC, the company charging Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner $250 an hour to investigate Gov. Eric Greitens, hasn’t filed annual reports or anything else in the state where it organized or the state where it operates.

According to the Secretary of State in Delaware, Enterra LLC was delinquent in taxes as of March 8.

Spokesman for the Delaware Secretary of State’s office, Doug Denison, stated that its office would void Enterra on June 1, unless it paid taxes and penalties.

Enterra organized in Delaware on Aug. 22, 2016, under the name Global Alliance of Security Professionals.

Michael Romaya of Novi, Mich., signed as organizer and authorized agent.

He applied to Michigan for a business certificate the next day, identifying the business as security consulting services.

Michigan issued a certificate on Aug. 25, 2016.

On Sept. 19, 2016, Romaya changed the name to Enterra in Delaware and amended his certificate in Michigan.

Neither state has heard from Enterra since.

The company’s website identifies William D. Tisaby as chief executive.

He organized Tisaby and Associates in Michigan in 2010, and filed nothing further.

In 2015, state regulators classified the business as not in good standing.

Enterra’s website features their motto, “Six moves ahead. Always.”

It identifies Timothy McNally, chairman of Nagacorp, as partner and senior executive consultant.

Nagacorp bills itself as “one of the world’s most profitable gaming companies.”

According to its website, “Its wholly owned subsidiary Nagaworld owns, manages and operates Phnom Penh’s only integrated hotel-casino complex, which owns a casino with a 70 year tenure, until 2065, and a 41 year monopoly within a 200 km radius of Phnom Pehn until 2035.”
