BELLEVILLE – A Belleville man is seeking damages from an O'Fallon driver after a head-on collision.
Jason Hesker filed a complaint on Feb. 20 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Shawn Shepherd, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 1, 2016, he was traveling west on Frank Scott Parkway East in O'Fallon when the defendant struck his vehicle head-on.
As a result, the plaintiff alleges he suffered injuries and damages that are pecuniary in nature.
Hesker alleges Shepherd failed to maintain her vehicle in her proper lane.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000.
