BELLEVILLE – A St. Clair County man alleges a Madison County woman followed his vehicle too closely and caused a collision in East St. Louis.
Dwight Keener filed a complaint on Jan. 18 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Thisha A. Bisch, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 27, 2017, he was driving his motor vehicle and was stopped at the intersection of State Street and Illinois 157 in East St. Louis when the defendant negligently rear-ended his vehicle.
As a result, Keener claims he sustained injuries to his neck, back and head and incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff alleges Bisch followed his vehicle too closely and failed to maintain a careful lookout.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in an amount to be determined by jury and all other just and proper relief.
