Man seeks damages from Shiloh woman over collision

Car accident 42

BELLEVILLE – A motorist is suing a Shiloh woman for allegedly causing a collision on Frank Scott Parkway.

Anthony Geromiller filed a complaint on Jan. 3 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Dina R. Bajorek, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 11, 2016, he was driving his 2002 Dodge Neon traveling eastbound on Frank Scott Parkway when Bajorek negligently attempted to make a left turn in front of his vehicle and caused a collision.

He alleges he sustained serious and permanent injuries resulting in pain, discomfort, medical and hospital expenses, disability and lost earnings.

The plaintiff alleges Bajorek failed to yield to the right of way, failed to maintain careful lookout and failed to slow down, stop or swerve to avoid colliding with the plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks damages of more than $50,000, costs of this action and any further relief as the court may deem just and proper.

He is represented by Hrant "Hud" Norsigian Jr. of Norsigian Law Office LLC in O'Fallon.
