Woman seeks damages over O'Fallon collision

BELLEVILLE – A motorist is seeking damages after a rear-end collision in O'Fallon.

Anna Koepp filed a complaint on Nov. 6 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Tiffany Graphenreed alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 15, she was operating a motor vehicle traveling eastbound on Thouvenot Lane in O'Fallon when the defendant suddenly and without warning struck the rear of her vehicle. 

She claims she received serious injuries to her neck, back, shoulders and other parts of her body that resulted in pain and suffering, disability and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff alleges Graphenreed failed to keep proper lookout, followed her vehicle more closely than reasonable and failed to properly apply the brakes of the vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks damages of no less than $50,000, plus costs of this action.
